This website
We don't use cookies, analytics or tracking. Our fonts and images are served from our own domain, so reading these pages doesn't send your details to other companies. The one exception is the spam check on the contact page, described below.
Like every website, our hosting provider keeps short-lived server logs (IP address, browser type, the page requested and the time) to keep the site secure and working. The provider acts as our processor, and the logs are deleted automatically after a short period. The legal basis is our legitimate interest in running a secure website.
Contact form
If you send us a message, we receive the topic you choose, your email address, your name if you give it and your message. We use them only to reply and to deal with what you've asked, and keep them for up to 2 years after we last hear from you.
To keep out spam, the contact page uses Cloudflare Turnstile, which checks that the form is being used by a person. It runs only on the contact page and isn't used for advertising. Resend delivers your message to our inbox, and our email provider stores it. Cloudflare and Resend are based in the United States and act as our processors, with safeguards such as the Standard Contractual Clauses. The legal basis is our legitimate interest in answering you.

What happens inside our games is explained in each game's privacy policy. In short, Chatterpop has no accounts, no ads and no tracking.
Your rights
You can ask to access, correct or delete your personal information, or object to how we use it, through our contact form or by post. You can also complain to the Information Commissioner's Office.
